- How to pay for my reservation?
Your reservation can be paid by one of these methods:

— Bank Transfer
— To the driver
- Can I make a last-minute booking?
We only accept bookings for the next day or later. To book for the same day you should contact us through our phone number +351 969 913 454
- My destination is not listed. What should I do?
If cannot find your destination, please contact us through our quote request or send us an e-mail to email@example.com
- Babies count as a passenger?
According to Portuguese law, children under 2 years old should use specific car seat. So yes, babies count. If you come with children, please inform us about that so we can provide a car seat for you.
- Do I extra charge or pay extra for canceling my booking?
No, you never pay extra for canceling your booking. We shall refund your payment if you inform at least 24 hours prior the service.
- I need to change some details in my booking. How long to have before I can let you know?
Please let us know at least 48hours before.
- Can 9 passengers fit in 8-seater van?
No, every passenger must be in their individual seat with their own seat belt.
- Can we eat or drink in the vehicles?
It is absolutely forbidden to eat or drink in the vehicles.
- Will there be any extra charges for delayed flights?
There won’t be any extra charges for delayed flights.
- How long will I have to wait at the airport?
Our private transfer will be at the airport at scheduled arrival time of your flight. As we monitor flight arrival times, we will be waiting for you when you arrive.
- Where to find the driver?
Our chauffeur will wait for you at the arrival hall (Near shops | Police) handing sign with your name. If you cannot find the driver please contact us +351 969 913 454
- What will happen if I take more than 40min to report to BEETRAVEL after the flight lands?
We will first try to call your mobile but if it’s turned off or no answer, we will classify your airport transfer as a NO SHOW.
- Is it possible to have 2 drop-offs with the same private airport transfers within the same city?
Yes, and we shall not charge anything extra for this. Please let us know ahead of time
- Does my Private Transfer drop me off and pick me up at the door of my accommodation?
Yes, we will drop you off and pick you up at the address indicated in your reservation.
- Do you offer guided tours?
Yes, we do.
- Upon arrival, is it possible to stop at a local supermarket and if so, is there any extra charge?
We can stop only if it’s on route and if the driver does not have another service right after yours.
